After half a year of construction, we finished renovating the apartment in October 2018 and furnished it in the country house vintage style, so that you feel right at home here from the first moment. Cement tiles in the hall, kitchen and bathroom, dark wooden planks in the rooms which form a nice contrast to the white wooden furniture. In addition, there is a large, super comfortable leather couch with cuddly pillows for a cozy evening on the TV. Outside, everything is green and quiet, so you can really relax here. We want to you to feel like visiting friends!
After 10 successful years with a large photo studio in Berlin, we moved to Königsacker near Ladelund in July 2017 and continue to do what we love and do best: photographing with and for people. After we found out that our customers also follow us from far away for a photo shoot, the idea was born to add an apartment to our studio. Anyone who comes to us can book a photo shoot with professional makeup and hairstyling. The shoot can take place in the studio, outside in the beautiful nature, at the North Sea or very stylish in the apartment. Talk to us asap, so we can make an appointment for you!
Beside that, you can also take long walks and bike rides through nature or go fishing in the nearby gravel pit. A day trip to the 49km distant Rømø, where you can drive directly to the water by car, is also unique. You can also make trips to the nearby islands of Sylt, Amrum and Föhr or the Halligen. Our apartment is located in Königsacker, a rural outskirts, about 3.5 km from Ladeund. Königsacker extends over about one kilometer, and here are only 12 houses in loose sequence. Surrounded by meadows and fields and the vastness of the sky, the apartment is located in a house from 1927 in (almost) secluded location. The property is bordered by trees. Only one house is on the opposite side of the house - it belongs to a Danish neighbor who breeds horses. So, if you go for a walk, you mostly meet horses. Who meets other neighbors will be very positively surprised by the Northfrisian way of life. With friendliness, openness and curiosity, every person is welcomed and addressed here. When you pass the last house on Heerweg, there are only miles of meadows and fields ahead of you. Depending on the time of day, the sky may turn from blue to red. A fantastic variety of clouds is passing by and the sky seems to meet the ground far away. A spectacle! In this seclusion you come to you completely and become one with nature.
